How It Works: Your Path to the Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP)
Diagnostic Pain Center, together with Texas Herb Clinic, offers Texans access to both the Texas Compassionate Use Program (CUP) and complex pain management like never before! We are setting the standard by treating medical cannabis like it really is: medicine. We’re not afraid to talk about it or incorporate it into healthcare the same way we would any other medicine, including accepting health insurance when you become a full patient. Come see how we’re changing the way healthcare is practiced throughout the country.
All of our certified providers are dedicated and experienced in assisting patients with a wide range of conditions to navigate the qualification process and access medical cannabis through the Texas Compassionate Use Program (CUP) registry. Together, our team will help you find the optimum medical cannabis dosage and regimen to enhance your quality of life. See what THC can do for you!

Q&A:
QUESTION:
I’m already seeing a pain management practice. Can I still become a patient?
ANSWER:
Of course! We’re happy to provide outside opinions and options.
QUESTION:
I have a qualifying condition that doesn’t cause pain such as Seizures or Autism. Can I still become a full patient and get entered into the TCUP program for medical cannabis?
ANSWER:
If you do have pain somewhere in your body and would like help figuring it out and/or treating it, then you should sign up to become a full patient. We can still add you to the registry if you happen to have a qualifying condition. If you have been previously diagnosed with a qualifying condition for medical cannabis, but you have no pain to treat, then you should sign up for the THC Rapid Registration pathway.
QUESTION:
Can I switch between being a Full Telehealth and Full In-Office Patient?

Yes. We’re always happy to see you in our clinic. Depending on the type of treatment you receive, we may recommend in-office appointments such as for physical examination or lab testing.
